The panel members are selected using probability sampling based on home addresses. Cluster sampling was employed to ensure different geographical areas were included.
The initial survey is a face-to-face interview, consisting of core questions and demographic questions. Respondents are asked if they are willing to participate in future surveys for the panel.

Sample Size

The initial sample was 4770 people. The survey was conducted February-May 2016.
In subsequent surveys, a probability sample of 2000 of the respondents from the initial survey was invited to participate.

Response rate

The response rate for the first (face-to-face) survey was 63% (3004 people).
The response rate for the second survey (June 23-August 9, 2016) was 50.4%. A probability sample of 2000 respondents from the initial survey were invited; of those 1008 people responded.
